Dental appointments for children with physical, developmental or sensory difficulties. Our doctors are trained to accomplish this.
First appointment with no treatment. Your youngster gets to meet the staff, sit on the chair and departs with a sticker. That's all.
For large treatment or youngsters unable to handle therapy awake. Performed using hospital trained sedation regimen.
Knocked out tooth, broken tooth, swelling, pain that won't go away. Just call us. Same day help.
Why Trust A Pediatric Specialist VS A General Dentist?
A pediatric dentist is a specialist, just like a pediatrician. After dental school, each dentist in our Boise practice spent an additional two years of residency at a nationally acclaimed children’s hospital, learning what general dentists do not: child development, behavior management, pediatric sedation, oral trauma, and how to care for children with special needs.
You can sense the difference in the little things. Gear for little mouths. A team that can tell a filling to a 4-year-old without a single terrifying word. And actual choices when a child is too young or too frightened for therapy, ranging from nitrous oxide to full general anesthetic.
General dentists are awesome. Once the adult teeth come in, we refer our patients to them. But during the first decade of your child's dental existence, a specialist is the easy button for them and you.
